Marsha Veenstra

Jennifer joined State Farm in 1988. She is the office manager of the agency. As Marsha's right-hand woman, she can handle anything you may throw at her. She has a loveing family which includes her husband and 3 boys, her beautiful grandson, and a couple fur-babies! Jennifer is here to walk you through buying your first home, having your first baby, or starting a new business. She is an absolute Rockstar!

Remotely, Ryley provides quality customer services; she will reach out to you to collect and post late payments, as well as, request required documentation to keep your policies properly maintained. Ryley has 11 years of State Farm agency experience and takes delight in contributing to the customer experience at the Marsha Veenstra Agency. She enjoys outdoor activities, learning, and spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca is on our service team and is the claims liaison in the office. She is here to assist in all customers’ needs with auto and home insurance policies and offer assistance for customers dealing with a claim. Rebecca graduated from Grand Valley State University and has worked in insurance since 2011. Rebecca is a West Michigan native and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, four children, and ever-growing number of pets.
