Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative you will be working for a Fortune 500 Company! As a CSR you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. The primary function of this position is to receive, review and process calls regarding customers insurance policies. CSR evaluates customers policies and recommends coverages based on their needs. CSR will work with Underwriters, Auto Dealerships and Financial institutions to resolve customers insurance needs. CSR position also works closely to manage required documentation by the State of Michigan and State Farm for customers choices for Personal Injury Protection.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Prefer Property and Casualty License.
  • Prefer prior relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members and underwriters.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
